Dear Forum Members, …
Dear Forum Members,
Blended learning is a methodology that “blends” traditional classroom teaching with online resources and learning materials for an enhanced teaching-learning experience.
There are a variety of online resources used in blending learning such as videos, animations, podcasts, new media, etc. It also evolves the role of a teacher or trainer to that of a facilitator.
It will be good to hear from forum members if they have embraced blended learning in their countries and what their experience has been.
Thank you for a very topical…
Blended learning reflection
Thank you Ephraim for sharing the experiences in Kenya; it is indeed true that resources and systems are still needed to adequately prepare trainers for blended learning approaches.
The ASPYEE knowledge repository has more resources which speak to this topics, there is specifically guide developed by UNESCO for digital transformation. Click on the link to view it and let us know what you think.
