Promoting skills for work and life

Since it was first created in 1992 as an International Project on Technical and Vocational Education to its establishment as the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in 2002, UNESCO-UNEVOC’s guiding mission has been to actively support Member States in strengthening and upgrading TVET. Through capacity development programmes, knowledge sharing and a global UNEVOC Network of more than 230 Centres in 150 countries, UNESCOUNEVOC advocates for quality TVET that is accessible to all.

This document serves as an information guide for all the initiatives undertaken by UNESCO-UNEVOC.
